Bradon Forest Young Enterprisers Win Again

A jar a day keeps the pollution away!

That’s the motto of the Bradon Forest School Young Enterprise team who won their second trade fair of the year at The Swindon Outlet Centre on Saturday 11th March. The team, Sam Davenport-Banks, Finley Young, Tom Keen, Mia Gaulton, Jasmine Payne, Aaron Alexander and Scarlet Roche, are very focused on preserving the environment and they came up with an idea to re-use glass jars in which to sell really innovative products. Their goods range from lights in a jar, garden in a jar, cookies in a jar, sewing kit in a jar, calm in a jar, snacks in a jar and hot chocolate in a jar.

Their products were hugely successful at the trade fair and the way they presented themselves both to the public and the judges was highly commendable. For the next phase of the competition, the team will present in a Dragon’s Den style arena on 26 April and undergo some close scrutiny from a 'local dragon'. If successful, they can proceed to the County Final which will be held at the Nationwide Head office in Swindon on 11 May. We wish them well!
