Geography World Heritage Visit to Bath

Mr Heathcote reports: "Over a two day period, 118 GCSE Geography students had the opportunity to visit the World Heritage city of Bath to conduct fieldwork as part of their GCSE course. They were investigating a variety of topics such as suitability of transport facilities, retail areas and facilities.  They also examined why Bath is so popular with tourists and a variety of different consumers.

As part of the day they also go the opportunity to see the iconic Abbey, Roman Baths, Circus and Royal Crescent.  The students were a credit to the school and a number of people commented on the politeness and positive behaviour of the group."
