Student is Ace, Not Lazy in West End Show

Cailin Mcghee has just tread the boards in London's West End for the first time! Year 10 student, Cailin, who has been training with the Pauline Quirke Academy for two years, recently performed in the academy's performance of The Lazy Ace at Shaftsbury Theatre to over 1000 people.
Although Cailin was nervous about performing, the cast members worked through their voice exercises and preparation songs before giving themselves a pep talk before each performance. They needn't have worried, the shows went off without a glitch and finished to a standing ovation from the audience!
Cailin said: "It was absolutly amazing. I'm so proud of what I achieved and can't wait to perform again! I would definitely recommend Drama and Music to any one. You get a real thrill on stage and it gives you so much confidence that you can use throughout other aspects of life.
I also really value the amount of work and dedication that you have to put in to a show. Leaving everything out on stage for the entertainment of the audience is a unique experience, and you become really close to your fellow cast members. It's like family!"
Congratulations Cailin!
